What can I do if my Power Automate flow has errors or failures?
If you try to set up Power Automate, chances are that your flow has failed or errored out due to some unforeseen circumstances or bugs in the logic of your flow.
Today, I am going to show you how to fix this error in case a flow fails or errors out. Let’s jump into the details!
The above image shows the most received error we are frequently asked about. This error means that some of the listed child workflows are deactivated and have to be turned on before their parent workflows are activated. Your flow won’t work until this problem is resolved.
To fix this type of error, do the following:
- Sign in to Power Automate
- Go to Cloud flows in the left panel
- Turn on all the flows (except Customer Portal Driver) in the following sequence:
- Send Email
- Change stage
- Update Ticket Reaction
- Create Ticket via Email
- Workflow Driver
If you have a problem turning on the Workflow Driver – as the above picture shows, then a standalone Power Apps and Power Automate licenses are required. Get them and you’ll be able to turn on the Workflow Driver.
