What Reports You Can Generate with Helpdesk?

Reports offer a way to extract and present a specific subset of the information from a large database. Reports are preset to provide the user with graphically presented information regarding the tickets, performance, and resolution time. In this blog, we’ll explore the types of reports available in our helpdesk.

  2. Performance Reports

  1. Tickets by Status
  1. Tickets by Site/Location
  1. Tickets by Request Type
  1. Tickets by Owner’s Department

  1. By Assignee performance (Average SLA time vs. Average Actual time)

You can filter data by department and date using the options located at the top left of the screen under the “Filters” button.
